For you convenience, we offer several payment options. Our hope is that our policy will allow our patients to take advantage of the treatment plan or their choice based on easy payment options rather than choosing care that may be less expensive but less desirable.
We ask that our patients pay for services provided at the time of their appointment. To assist you in this way, we offer a number of options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and checks. Please be advised that extended payments plans must be paid in full within 90 days.
Patients can expect to pay for service at the time it is provided. Patients who have a zero balance will not receive a computer generated statement, however we can print a statement immediately upon your request. Statements will be sent to patients who prefer our extended payment plan.
For those of you who have dental insurance, you will receive a statement at months end requesting your portion due. We will be happy to bill your insurance as a courtesy to you. Please help us by providing complete insurance coverage information.
We kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee will be assessed to your account for appointments missed with no notice. We appreciate your consideration of our schedule and in turn we will do our best to accommodate you and your schedule.
